Overview

The Heuft InLine IXs reflexx is an empty bottle inspector for quality control in filling lines. The machine was commissioned in May 2012, is in very good condition and is ready for use at short notice.

Controls

• Monitoring of the incoming bottle flow (optional)
• Output of a stop signal in the event of incorrect bottle dimensions
• Inspection of the bottle base, mouth sealing surface and thread
• Inspection of the inner and outer side wall
• Detection of conductive liquids (e.g. lye) and residual liquids (oils, paints) using IR technology
• Rejection of faulty containers or output of a rejection signal
