This Automatic Double Clipper, type: JBT TIPPER TIE SV4800 was built in 2020 in Germany.

SV4800 is the ideal automatic clipping system for slicer ware and shaped products with diameters from 45mm to 160mm. It processes all known plastic, fibrous, and collagen casings fast and safely.

Applications – sausage, deli meats, ham, fresh ground meats, whole muscle meats, non-meat proteins, fresh ground fish, surimi/fish sausage paste, raw/frozen/refrigerated pet food, pumpable cheese, soup, sauce, ground fruits and vegetables

Spreading voider system enables processing of ham products in all standard artificial casings up to caliber 160mm

Clip pressure monitoring system prevents machine damage due to operating errors

Quick-release swivel mechanism for casing brake allows fast casing change without moving clipping head, minimizing downtime and maintenance

Swivel-mounted discharge conveyor ensures consistent product caliber due to programmable and variable belt speeds

Smooth, inclined surfaces and excellent accessibility to all areas enable fast and hygienic cleaning
